What you are buying
A digital download: a 3-statement financial model as an Excel workbook and a Google Sheets version, a worked example workbook, and a PDF guide, delivered as one .zip file immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. No service, setup, customisation or support call is included; support is by email only.
Price and payment
$149 one-time, plus any sales tax, VAT or GST applicable to your location, shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record; Stripe's checkout terms apply to the transaction and appear on the checkout page and your receipt.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files for your own business or personal financial planning, including work you do for clients, on any number of your own devices, without limit of time. You may edit them freely.
You may not resell, redistribute, share the download link, or publish the files or substantial parts of them, whether modified or not, as a template or product of your own.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email support@financialmodelkit.com from the address you bought with, or request it through Stripe's Link support. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
What the model is and is not
The model is a planning tool built from formulas that you control. It produces projections from the assumptions you enter. It is not financial, tax, investment or accounting advice, and it does not verify that your assumptions are reasonable. Decisions you make using it are yours.
Warranty
The files are provided as described on the product page. If something in them does not work as described, email support and it will be fixed or refunded. Beyond that, they are provided without any other warranty, and the seller's liability for any claim arising from the purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase.
