Email support@financialmodelkit.com. Include the email address you used at checkout so the order can be found. Support is by email only — there are no calls, and no custom work is done on the files.
I can't find my download
The download lives on the page you were sent to right after paying, at a web address ending
in /success. That page works again whenever you return to it, so the link in
your browser history will still download the files.
Your receipt comes from Link, Stripe's merchant of record, and does not contain the file. If you no longer have the page address, email support@financialmodelkit.com from the address you bought with and the files will be sent to you.
What should be in the download
A single .zip containing four files:
- Financial_Model_v1.0.xlsx — the model, for Excel
- Financial_Model_v1.0_GoogleSheets.xlsx — the same model, for Google Sheets
- Financial_Model_v1.0_Example_Agency.xlsx — a worked example, a services agency
- Model Guide.pdf — every calculated row documented
Open the Start Here sheet inside the model first. To check the file arrived intact, open the Checks sheet: all 36 months should read OK.
Using it in Google Sheets
Upload Financial_Model_v1.0_GoogleSheets.xlsx to Google Drive and open it with
Google Sheets. Sheet protection does not survive Google's import, so the calculated sheets
arrive editable — the formulas themselves are unchanged. The Checks sheet is the fastest way
to confirm the import was clean.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@financialmodelkit.com and it is refunded. You can also request a refund through Link, which handles payments and transaction support as the merchant of record.
Something in the model looks wrong
Email support@financialmodelkit.com with the sheet name and cell reference. If the Checks sheet shows FAIL for any month, a formula has been overtyped — undoing the edit restores it, and the Model Guide documents what each row does.
